A new Refettorio is soon opening in Lima, Perú!

This cultural project will be hosting a daily meal service for people in situations of vulnerability using surplus ingredients that would otherwise go to waste. It will also offer programs and activities for the whole community with the aim to fight the double-edged problem of food insecurity and food waste and to create a widespread cultural change.
